Helmet for nest

The challenge of this project was to design a helmet that embodied the brand identity and values of an established company that does not currently have a bicycle helmet in their product line. The design of this helmet is inspired by the design characteristics and innovative perspectives from Nest’s current product and implements them in the context of a helmet in the most appropriate and effective manner.

 
 

Embedded lights within the design of the helmet turns on when the ambient light reduces passed a threshold. This increases the visibility of the user in low light situations providing a safer riding experience.
